Manchester finished second out of eleven teams on a cold, wet morning at the Northrop Invite at Colonial Oaks Golf Club in Fort Wayne on Saturday.
Manchester shot 340 as a team, Blackhawk Christian won the invite with a team score of 326. Harley and Owen Kruschwitz tied for medalist, five shots ahead of the third place individual from Blackhawk Christian, with a one over par score of 72.
Owen was declared medalist on the backup with a birdie two on hole number 17, a 200 yard par three. Owen fired four birdies on the day, three on the back nine for a one under par 35 to finish his day. Harley had four birdies and an eagle on his day, three in a row on the front nine to fire a 34 on the front, one under par total. Mathias McLaughlin shot a 95, low score for his career on 18 holes. Klayton Hendrix shot 101 and Konrad Borgmann shot 104 to round out the scoring for Manchester.
