The Wabash Lady Apaches watched the game slip away early and couldn’t recover in a 19-1 loss to Oak Hill on Saturday.

The Apaches struggled to put runs on the board and had a tough time defensively containing Oak Hill, giving up 19 runs.
Halverson was in the pitcher’s circle for Apaches. She allowed 19 hits and 19 runs over four innings, striking out one.

Apaches saw the ball well, racking up seven hits in the game. Kaydence Collins and Sydnee Osborn each managed multiple hits for Apaches. Osborn and Collins each collected two hits to lead Apaches.

Taylor Mettler led Apaches with one run batted in. She went 0-for-2 on the day. Apaches didn’t commit a single error in the field. Halverson had the most chances in the field with two.
Oak Hill scattered 12 hits in the game. Hasty, Selleck, Ridgeway, and Shaw each had multiple hits for Oak Hill.
