Manchester placed third and Southwood eighth in the Northfield Invite Saturday at Honeywell Golf Course.
Manchester fired a score of 343. Peru won the team competition with a 336, Maconaquah second with a 339. Owen Kruschwitz from Manchester was individual medalist with a one over par score of 72, on a wet/rainy morning, which included an eagle 3 on hole number 12 at Honeywell. Lefavor from Oak Hill finished second with a 74, Harley Kruschwitz from Manchester and Van Baalen from Peru tied for third with 75s. Bellar from Peru and Brouyette from Tippecanoe Valley tied for 5th with 79s. Rounding out Manchester’s scores for the day was junior Klayton Hendrix with 94, while seniors Konrad Borgmann and Mathias McLaughlin both shot 102.
Carson Heath was the Southwood team medalist shooting an 85, followed by Logan Arnold 100, Baron Hedrick 100, Ket Baldwin 103, and Adam Spaulding 107
