The Southwood bats were silent Wednesday, collecting just four hits in an 8-3 loss to Rochester.
Southwood was trailing 8-0 heading to the bottom of the sixth when they found some life. Mason Yentes led off drawing a walk and was followed by a Gabe Lloyd single. Logan Barley would then ground out with Yentes scoring to make it 8-1. With two outs Cam Ball would double home Jackson Simons before Alex Farr singles home Ball for the 8-3 final.
