Braden Sweet will continue to lead the way for the Knights this season. He chased down top runners from Breuboff, Bloomington South, Jasper, and Terre Haute South to capture a 3rd place finish with a time of 16:34.
Jacob Marlow ran 2nd for Knights, finishing in a time of 20:07, his 2nd fastest time of his short cc career. Senior, Landon Topliff will be a key asset to the team throughout the 2019 season as he continues to grow into a leadership role, mentoring, encouraging, and coaching up his younger teammates. Both he and Weslee Nelson are the only seniors competing for the Knights. Landon is entering his 6th season as a member of the Southwood Cross Country Team and Weslee is entering his 3rd season.
