The Southwood and Northfield football teams hooked up on the Knights home field Friday with the Knights building a 20-0 lead before topping the Norse 20-6.
After a scoreless first quarter the Knights would go to work in the second. With 9:14 on the clock Gabe Lloyd would score from 3yds out for a 7-0 lead. With just 41 seconds left in the half Alex Farr would find Dawson Filip who made an acrobatic catch from 27yds out to lead 13-0 at the half.
The Knights would build on their lead in the third when Farr found Carson Rich from 22yds away for a 20-0 lead.
The Norse would get the lone score of the fourth when Levi Fulkerson found Clayton Tomlinson from 4yds out for the 20-6 final.
