Knights Run The Clock Again At Peru

The Southwood Knights took the short trip to Peru Friday with control of the TRC in their grasp. The Knights would dominate on both sides of the ball, defeating the Tigers 35-0.

Southwood did all their damage in the first three quarters before forcing a running clock for the third game in a row.

Gabe Lloyd would put the Knights on the board in the first quarter, scoring from 16yds out for a 7-0 lead.

In the second Alex Farr would hook up with Dawson Filip from 25yds out with 10:23 to play before Lloyd scored a second time from 19yds out to lead 21-0 at the half.

Lloyd would complete his hat trick early in the third with a 17yd run before Tristin Hayslett scored the final points of the game from 2yds out for the 35-0 lead.
