Manchester Girls Soccer Picks Up First Win

The Manchester girls soccer team picked up their first win of the season, defeating Mississinewa 4-1 Wednesday.

Manchester was able to score first as Emma Garriott finished on an assist from Jessica Perez. Mississinewa had some great attacks and were able to slip one goal past our defense. Manchester quickly countered as Perez sent another assist to Garriott.

Emma has her third goal in the second half and then had an assist to Beletu Stout to seal the victory. Kindra Stetzel had 12 saves in the net and the defensive efforts were able to hold off Mississinewa in the second half.

The Lady Squires will host Wabash in their first TRC match Thursday at 5:30
