Wabash Orange & Black Split With Maconaquah
The Wabash orange and black 6th grade volleyball teams split with Maconaquah Tuesday.
The Lady Apaches Orange Team fell to Maconaquah last evening. They played a more solid game and had good volleys. The girls are getting stronger on their serving and passing. Scoring for the Apaches were:
Andi Conliff with an Ace and 3 pts
Caylee Noland with an Ace and 1 pt
Aubri Merrell with 1 pt
The Black Team had a victory last evening winning in two sets 25-8 and 25-18. This team is gaining strength and working on moving to the ball. The girls are improving on hitting their target with their passes. Scoring for the Apaches were:
Zoe Vail with 5 Aces and 15 pts
Andi Conliff with 4 pts
Caitlyn Shidler 1 Ace and 2 pts
Addison Wischman with 2 pts
Pasyn Schuler with 1 pt
Ayanna Sellers with 1 pt
The Lady Apaches will face Rochester on the road Thursday, September 24. Game start is 5:30
