Manchester Girls Fall At North Miami

The Manchester girls basketball team fell at North Miami 50-35 Saturday.

The Lady Squires started off slow with a 21-11 point deficit at halftime. Overall, the ladies shot 26% and had 28 turnovers for the game that.led to a tough offensive night. Despite spurts in the second half and cutting the lead to 8 points, the ladies fell to North Miami 35-50.

Ainsley West had 16 points, 5 rebounds, and 2 steals. Makenzy Meyer had 7 rebounds, 3 points, and 1 block. Keilan Creager played tough defense all night and added 4 points, 4 rebounds, 1 steal, and 1 assist. Brookelynn Buzzard had 6 points, 3 assists, 3 rebounds, and 3 steals. Molly Schannep had 3 points, 1 steal, and 4 rebounds, Aliala Atienza added 1 point and 1 rebound.
