Norse JV Falls Short

Northfield JV Baseball came up short against the Churubusco Eagles, 8-9 Friday night.

The Norse rallied out of a 2-7 hole after 4 to tie it at 8-8 going into the bottom of the 7th, but ultimately gave up the wining run.
Offensive contributions were made by Noah Burkhart with 2 hits, a walk, and 2 runs scored. BBrandon McKillip adding 1 hit, 2 RBIs, and 2 stolen bases. And Ethan Bruce with a double and an RBI

Leading on the mound was Maddox Daniel’s with who only gave up one hit and one walk out of 9 batters faced. Followed in the day by Jaden Baer, Ethan Bruce; and closing out the game was Kameron Pratt.
