Wabash Apaches MS watched the game slip away early and couldn’t recover in a 17-2 loss to Logansport on Wednesday.

Logansport scored on a triple by Good, a single by Jones, a groundout by Middleton, and a single by Pearson in the first inning.

The Wabash Apaches MS struggled to put runs on the board and had a tough time defensively containing Logansport, giving up 17 runs.

Logansport opened up scoring in the first inning. Good drove in three when Good tripled.

Middleton toed the rubber for Logansport. The hurler surrendered zero runs on one hit over two innings, striking out three and walking zero.

Kallen Gidley led things off on the pitcher’s mound for Wabash Apaches MS. The hurler went one-third of an inning, allowing six runs on four hits. Samuel Harris and Rocky Judy entered the game from the bullpen, throwing two and two-thirds innings and one inning respectively.
