A’s Complete Comeback Win Over Red Sox

The Inguard A’s came from behind in the bottom of the 5th inning to defeat the Crossroads Bank Red Sox 15-14 Thursday.

Beckett Shaw led the A’s with 2 hits including the game winning bunt single in the bottom of the 5th. Breckin Sanders added a 2 run single while Kamden Oswalt had an RBI single. Jackson Tait added a single and Peyton Ward scored the game winning run. Cruz Long pitched the top of the 5th and got the win while striking out 2. Ashton Shepler led the Red Sox going 4-4 with 2 singles, a double, and a 3 Run Homer in the top of the 5th. Shepler finished with 6 RBI. Jordan Fields had 2 singles and a triple. R.J. Harris had an RBI double, while Jameson Wallen and Tristen Sluss added RBI singles. Liam McCann had 2 singles and 2 RBI. Cade Pershing and Grady Lehner each had an RBI and Tysan Chambers singled. R.J. Harris took the loss on the mound. The A’s are now 1-1 while the Red Sox are 1-2.
