Manchester Girls Soccer Falls At Columbia City
The Manchester girls soccer team fell to Columbia City 5-0 Monday.
Columbia City started strong with a goal in the first couple of minutes, but the Lady Squires did not back down. Strong defense, led by Addie Brubaker, Ella Clifford, Maggie Onderko-White, and Karsyn Kamphues, battled strong all night preventing numerous goals. Grace Smith played a phenomenal game in the net, ending with 19 saves. The ladies trailed 3-0 at halftime and came out with some offensive attacks the second half.
Unable to find the back of the net, the Lady Squires ended the game with a 5-0 loss to the Lady Eagles.
