In the teams second TRC action, the Maconaquah Boys Varsity Soccer team remained undefeated, beating North Miami 4-0.

The Maconaquah defense/mid field held N. Miami in check the entire game, rarely giving goalie Trace Armstrong any action. On the offensive side, while Maconaqah moved the ball well and dominated time of possession, the back of the net remained relatively elusive. Credit to the North Miami defenders and especially the goal keeper who blocked 16 of the 20 shots on goal and a PK kick from Maconaquah.

Leading the scoring for the Braves were Bennett Isenburg with 2 goals and 1 assist. Nolan Jones with a goal off a left footed shot, and Bauer Maple with a goal and an assist.

Maconaquah is now 4-0 on the season but will face a very tough opponent on Saturday as Eastbrook comes to Maconaquah as the 2nd game of the Girls/Boys double header. Then following the Boys Varsity Match, a JV game will take place as well. Come out to Maconaquah on Saturday to support the Braves and see some really good soccer action.
