Outside The County-Oak Hill


Oak Hill played a great game at home tonight beating Taylor 9-0.

The goals were scored by several different players as we worked the ball well as a team. Both Matthew Strange and Drew Elzinga scored three goals each for hat tricks. Grant Elzinga had one goal and two assists, as well as Thaddeus Leach and Avery Sherick each with one goal a piece. Trevor Baker also had one assist in the win.


Lady Eagles Volleyball pulls out a win after 4 sets against Lewis Cass. The girls improve their record to 5-4. JV also won in 2 sets and improve their record to 3-2. Next game is our first conference match at Mississeniwa on Monday.


The Lady Eagles held off Manchester and improve to 3-0-1 on the season. The Eagle defense was hard at work all night limiting the Manchester offense to only 4 shots on goal. The defense is composed of Lydia Ancil, Faith Winningham, Evelin Perez, Lauren Rex, and Cadence Pearce. Liz Godfrey had 4 saves in goal. The Eagles took the lead in the first half when Bella Foustnight scored. Melissa Kluevien had the asssit.

The Lady Eagles return to the pitch on Saturday night at home against Northwestern.
