Squire Tennis Falls To Jimtown
Josh Steeley won the only match for the Manchester boys tennis team as the Squires fell short in a 4-1 defeat.
Steely won in straight sets at No. 2 singles with a 6-2, 6-3 score.
Peyton Jones lost 6-2, 6-0 at No. 1 singles and Milo Hupp lost by the same score at No. 3 singles.
The No. 1 doubles team of Cole Henderson and Connor Trump also lost 6-2, 6-0, and the No. 2 team of Sammie Lambert lost 6-1, 6-1.
The Squire JV team is scheduled to play Southwood’s Club team Monday, Sept. 12.
The entire team travels to Wawasee on Wednesday, Sept. 14.
