Results from the Maconaquah vs Tippecanoe Valley girls basketball game Tuesday.

The Lady Vikings traveled to Maconaquah tonight and won a conference matchup 56-25 against the Lady Braves. The win moves the team’s record to 6-2 and 1-0 in the TRC. The leading scorers for tonight were Kaydence Mellott with 17, Molly Moriarty with 12, and Corinna Stiles with 8.

The JV won tonight as well and remain unbeaten this season. The leading scorers for the JV were Millie Scorsone with 21, Lydia Craig had 9, and Gabby Gonzalez had 8.

The Lady Braves fall to a tough experience squad from Tippecanoe Valley. The Lady Braves were led by Miranda Stoll with 14 points, 3 rebounds and Courntey Stoll had 10 points, 7 rebounds.

The Lady Braves are back in action on Tuesday, November 29 as they play their fourth TRC games in the early season, as they play Northfield. It will be a varsity only game for the girls, but the boy’s “C” team will play before the Lady Braves at 6:15 in their season opener against Peru at 6:15 pm.
