Lady Squires Fall To Lewis Cass

The Manchester girls basketball team fell to Lewis Cass 49-38 Thursday.

It was a tough night for the Lady Squires as they fell to the Lady Kings 49-38. Their defensive struggles were capitalized with their lowest shooting percentage of the season. Brookelynn Buzzard had 14 points, 5 rebounds, and 4 steals. Gracie Lauer led in rebounds with 8 and added 4 points and 1 assist. Hadley West added 7 points, 2 rebounds, 2 assists, and 3 steals. Peyton Ream had 6 points and 3 steals. Molly Schannep had 3 points and grabbed 5 rebounds. Aliala Atienza had 4 rebounds and 2 assists. Mckelvey Espeset and Maddy Miller both added 2 points. The ladies are back in conference play on Saturday against Northfield.
