Emerson Harper, Gwen Howard and Nadia Rhoades all took a clean sweep, winning all four of their events! Way to go ladies!

Emerson Harper – PR and 1st in Long Jump with a jump of 17’6″, PR and 1st in the 100 with a time of 12.6, 1st in the 200 with a time of 26.78 and 1st in the 4X400 relay.

Gwen Howard – PR and 1st in Shot Put with a throw of 44’7.5″, 1st in Discus with a throw of 115’8″, 1st in the 400 with a time of 1:02.69 and 1st in the 4X400 relay.

Nadia Rhoades – 1st in High Jump, 800, 1600 and 4X400 relay.

Other PR’s:

Allie Ridenour- Shot Put, 2nd place with a throw of 30’4.5″

Kira Sordelet- 300 M Hurdles, 1st place with a time of 54.15

Annalise Rios- High Jump with a jump of 4’8″
