Lady Norse Tennis Edges Maconaquah

The Northfield tennis team defeated Maconaquah 3-2 Thursday.

On another beautiful night for playing tennis, the Lady Norse Tennis team took on both Maconaquah and the wind, winning against both! Winners for varsity included: Elli Baker at #1 singles, Kylie Leland at #3 singles, and the #2 doubles tandem of Eden Hoover and Callie Hoffman. All the girls fought hard and played well, never quitting in their matches! Winners for Jv included: Claire Thompson and Brinlei Swihart at #1 doubles. The next match is next Wednesday at home against Southwood.
