Manchester Softball Falls In Double Header To Columbia City

The Manchester softball team lost a double header to Columbia City Saturday.

Lady Squires dropped a doubleheader to the Lady Eagles from Columbia City 17-1 & 15-3.

Paxton Baker, Hadley West, and Olivia Neal each had a hit in game 1. Paxton and Hadley were exceptional on defense as well.

Game 2 saw Karsyn Kamphues and Molly Schannep pace the offense. Karsyn had her 2nd 3 hit game of the week while Molly had a pair. Really pleased with the efforts of a lot of our girls today. Raegan Shah was a perfect example with a diving catch at 2nd and then flipping the ball to 2nd on an alert play by Hadley West to complete the double play.
