Squires Hold Off Churubusco

The Manchester Squires hosted the Churubusco Eagles for a single game on Saturday morning. The Squires defeated the Eagles 8-5.

The Eagles had a 7th inning rally where they scored 4 but the Squires were able to hold them off for the win. Tallon Torpy and Garrett Sites combined for one earned run. Torpy compiled 6Ks over 5 innings while Sites had 3 Ks over two innings. The Squires will make the short drive south on 13 on Monday to face County and TRC rival Northfield.
