The Maconaquah Boys Varsity Golf team traveled to Wabash to play in the Cole Invate at Honeywell Saturday. Northfield fired an impressive 311 to take top honors in the 9 team event. The Braves finished 7th with a team score of 392.

Freshman, Camron Metcalf led the Braves with a 94, followed by Lane Brehmer and Ayden Jernagan each with 98. Cody Miller shot a 102 and Billy Guinan a 107 to round out the effort for the day.

The Braves are back in action Tuesday at Rock Hollow against county rival North Miami
