Norse Golf 6th/Knights 11th At Peru Invite

Northfield Varsity Golf finished 6th place Saturday at Peru’s Invitational with a score 341, while Southwood was 11th with a 366.

Tyson Baer led the Norse with a 78. Followed by Cash Cartwright 82, Easton Shaw 86, Dylan Ross 95, and Tristan Hoffman 97.

The Norse only finished behind Center Grove, Tipton, Brebeuf, Carmel, and Westfield to take 6th place of the 21 schools competing.

The Norsemen will be back in action on Tuesday as they travel to Dogwood Glen to take on Southern Wells.

Luke Watson was the team medalist 39/44=83 at the 21 team Rock Hollow Invite. Griffin Chambers followed 45/41=86, Keaton Metzger 46/49=95, Ian Vanderpool 51/51=102, and Jordan Trisler 61/63=124.
