Recap: The Wabash Hardware Giants defeated the Kendall Electric Yankees 5-4 in 6 innings Friday night in the National League Tournament. Micah Siders went 2 for 3 with 3 RBI to lead the Giants at the plate. Jake Sailors added 2 doubles and an RBI and Quinton Siders had 2 hits. Maverick Mattern and Gavin Trotter both added a single for the Giants. Luke Kaufman started on the mound and picked up the win allowing 3 runs and striking out 7 in 4 and 2/3 innings. Gavin Trotter came on in relief to earn the save. Harrison Dale went 2 for 3 with a double and 2 RBI to lead the Yankees. Owen Davis had an RBI double. Asa Dawes, Weston Smith, and Tytus Dawes all had 2 hits. Harrison Sorg singled for the Yankees. Zach Miller started for the Yankees allowing 5 runs and striking out 8 in 4 and 1/3 innings. Asa Dawes came on in relief and struck out 3 in 1 and 2/3 innings. With the win, the Giants forced a final championship game against the Yankees on Saturday.

Jake Sailors went 2 for 3 with 2 doubles and 3 RBI to lead the Giants. Micah Siders had 2 hits including a triple and an RBI. Quinton Siders added 2 hits while Luke Kaufman and Isaac Mattern both singled for the Giants. Jake Sailors went the distance on the mound picking up the win allowing 1 run on 4 hits and striking out 18. Asa Dawes, Harrison Dale, Weston Smith, and Tytus Dawes all singled for the Yankees. Asa Dawes started for the Yankees and gave up 2 runs in 2 and 2/3 innings. Harrison Dale came on in relief and allowed 2 runs and struck out 7 in 3 and 1/3 innings.
