Lady Norse Make Short Work Of Southern Wells

The Northfield volleyball team made short work of Southern Wells Thursday, 25-10, 25-13, 25-8

Down 2-1 in the first set a kill from Elli Baker turned the tide. Josie Lynn took over from there, dominating at the net as the Lady Norse cruised to a 25-10 win.

Again starting behind Gabby Haupert recorded a kill to knot the score. at 2-2 and Emma Warnock serving the Norse would grab a 6-2 lead. Up just 7-5 the Norse would go on an 18-8 run for the 25-13 win.

Up 3-2 in set three and Haupert serving Northfield would go on a run to 12-3. Eden Hoover would then take over at the serve as the Norse rolled 25-8.

Eden Hoover 16 points, 11 digs, 5 kills. Elli Baker 5 points and 5 kills. Josie Lynn 7 kills and 2 blocks. Gabby Haupert 11 points and 7 kills. Camryn Kuhn 13 assists. Emma Warnock 15 points and 8 assists.

The Lady Norse travel to North Miami Saturday for the Tomahawk Invite.
