Lady Norse Volleyball Wins At Bluffton
The Northfield volleyball team defeated Bluffton on the road Monday evening. Scores were 25-14, 25-22, 25-16.
Leading the Norse Elli Baker 22 points, 4 aces, 2 blocks, 2 block assists, 5 kills. Eden Hoover 6 points, 1 block assist, 13 digs, 4 kills. Gabby Haupert 5 points, 1 ace, 1 block, 6 kills. Ava Copeland 4 points, 2 block assist, 2 kills. Josie Lynn 2 points, 2 aces, 3 blocks, 3 block assists, 10 kills. Brinlei Swihart 2 kills, 19 assists. Jojo Drancik 8 digs, 5 receptions. Josie Weaver 10 digs, 3 receptions.
The Lady Norse are now 11-1 and will be hosting Madison Grant Wednesday evening. JV start time 6PM.
The Junior Varsity Volleyball team defeated Bluffton 25-24, 25-14. Leading the Norse in scoring was Callie Hoffman with 10 points, 6 aces, MiKayla Meyer with 6 points, 2 aces and Vivian Haupert with 5 points. Aggressive front row play resulted in 9 kills for Callie Hoffman and 5 kills for Saige Martin. The Norse take on Madison Grant Wednesday night at home.
