The Manchester Varsity volleyball team traveled to Bluffton on Thursday for a matchup with the Tigers. The Squires came up short in 5 sets 25-19, 25-27, 21-25, 25-18, and 15-10.
The Squires had some opportunities last in the game to pick it out of reach, but they just couldn’t overcome the hard working Tigers.
Manchester was led by Peyton Ream who had 38 assists and 24 digs.
Defensively Paxton Baker, Myla Crozier, and Gracie Lauer all played nice games.
McKelvey Espeset led the attack for the Squires with 11 kills, followed closely behind by Olivia Davis with 10 and Myla Crozier with 9.
The Junior Varsity Lady Squires beat Bluffton High School in 2 sets.
