Wabash Boys Soccer Shuts Out Eastern

The Wabash boys soccer team earned a 1-0 win over Eastern Saturday morning.

Max Carpenter scored the game-winner in the second half and led the team with 6 shots on goal. Will Galley provided Max with the assist. Ty Carpenter looked like he would score in the first half off a free kick from the left but the ball struck both goalposts before getting cleared away.

Coleson Kugler had a standout game on defense making great runs up the field to support the attack. Isaac Byers ended the day with 4 saves. The Apaches face Eastbrook away Monday at 6 pm.
