Lady Norse Volleyball Defeats Lewis Cass
The Northfield Lady Norse volleyball team defeated Lewis Cass 25-22, 25-11, 25-21 Thursday.
Leading the Norse Elli Baker 11 service points, 2 aces, 8 kills, 2 blocks, 10 receptions. Emma Warnock 11 service points, 7 digs, 11 assists. Josie Lynn 6 service points, 3 aces, 12 kills, 1 block, 5 block assists. Eden Hoover 6 service points, 3 kills, 19 digs, 15 receptions. Gabby Haupert 4 service points, 2 aces, 3 kills, 1 block, 1 block assist, 11 digs. Ava Copeland 1 kill, 2 block assists. Camryn Kuhn 4 service points, 2 aces, 5 kills, 2 block assists, 18 assists. Bella Myers 10 digs, 13 receptions. He Lady Norse are now 18-6 and will host Manchester next Tuesday.
The Junior Varsity Volleyball team defeated Lewis Cass 25-20, 25-12. Saige Martin led the Norse with 11 points, 3 aces, Callie Hoffman had 9 points and Brinlei Swihart had 7 points, 2 aces. Callie Hoffman and Emma Shrock had 4 kills and Saige Martin added 3. Great win ladies! The Norse travel to Wabash for a JV tourney this Saturday.
