Wabash Girls Soccer Falls In Final Regular Season Match

The Wabash Lady Apaches soccer team fell to Oak Hill 8-0 Tuesday in their last regular season game.

Wabash finishes 7-5-2 on the season and tied for 2nd place in the TRC.

Junior goalkeeper Olivia Braun had 15 saves on the night and junior Kait Honeycutt had some keeper time and had 8 saves. Senior Kiana Jones had great clears, touches and distribution to the offense tonight with sophomore Jaycee Jones and junior Graci Napier holding down the defense as well with very strong minutes. Honeycutt, junior Abbi Hipskind, senior Natalie Adams and sophomore Logan Wright all played well in the midfield and gave Wabash multiple attacking opportunities. Shots tonight game from Adams and K. Jones.

Wabash moves on to post-season play next Thursday at Alumni Field, playing the winner of North Miami/Eastbrook.
