Wabash Boys Soccer Falls In Sectional

The Wabash boys soccer team was defeated in Round 1 of Sectional in a 5-0 loss to sectional host Concordia Lutheran Tuesday.

Wabash battled for the full 80 minutes but fell victim to the relentless Concordia attack. Derek Reed, Prestyn Jones, and Will Galley played valiantly on defense. Troy Guenin-Hodson, Coleson Kugler and Max Carpenter led some attacks for the Apaches, but it was not enough to get the ball in the Cadets’ goal. Ty Carpenter and Owen Honeycutt played well in the midfield. Isaac Byers ended the night with 10 saves. Wabash ends the season with a record of 5-10.
