The Tippecanoe Valley girls basketball team was victorious in their season opener against Bremen, winning 54-39.

Ava Egolf led the Lady Vikings in scoring with 13 points, followed by Kelsey Cox with 11. Macey Petersen followed with 10 points and Gaby Gonzalez had 9. Carlee Snyder chipped in 4 points, Chesnee Miller had 3, and Hadley Wise and Lucy Hayden each scored 2.

The Junior Varsity picked up its first win as well, defeating Bremen 40-3. Hadley Wise led the scoring with 10, while Lindahl Walls had 8. Hailey Stooky, Maycee Koch, and Lillie Koch had 6 points each and Izzy Woodruff and Kherington Craft each had 2.

The Vikings play at home again this Saturday against South Bend St Joe with JV starting at noon.
