The Knights Freshman fall 44-28. Southwood Knights freshman team lost a well contested game last night at home to Mississenewa 44-28. The Knights played a strong first quarter and trailed 10-7. Southwood was behind 19-10 after a three point second frame. They never drew closer in the second half. Kallen Gidley led the Knights with 12 points and 8 rebounds. Griffin Liddick played a strong inside game with 8 points and 7 rebounds. James Unger and Ashton Dague rounded out the scoring with four points each. Southwood (2-2) returns to action Saturday in a 6pm tip at Huntington North.
