Oak Hill won the Central Indiana Conference Wrestling Duals for the eleventh consecutive year. Alexandria hosted the tournament. The first four rounds were held on Friday, January 12, 2024. The final three rounds were held on Monday, January 15, 2024.

Oak Hill dominated the tournament finishing undefeated with a 7-0 record and outscoring their seven opponents by a combined score of 501-49. Alexandria finished in second place with a 6-1 record. Oak Hill defeated Alexandria 57-18 in round three.

Oak Hill had ten individual weight class champions (see below); Madison-Grant had two champions; Mississinewa and Elwood each had one.
