Manchester JH Girls Win Two Over Wabash

The Manchester junior high girls basketball teams took two games from Wabash Wednesday.

Girls JH7th basketball beats Wabash 46-0

The Lady squires came ready to play there 2nd home game of the year against Wabash. Jumping out to an early 13-0 lead in the 1st quarter. It was all Squires after that as they never looked back and outscored wabash 46-0.

Girls JH 8th Basketball beats Wabash 41 – 5

The 8th grade Lady Squires took to the hardwood against Wabash in a home game tonight. The girls came ready to play jumping out to a quick 13-2 lead at the end of the first quarter. With only six girls dressed tonight, we rotated players frequently. Defensively, the girls played great the entire game. All six girls were able to score tonight led by Lacy Trump with 14 points. Rounding out the scoring was Shiann Owens (11), Marysa Stroud (8), Lily Sare (4), Finley Espeset (2) and Piper Spangle (2).

The girls travel to Lakeland Christian Academy for another game tomorrow night at 5pm.
