Manchester JH Boys Split With Edgewood

The Manchester junior high boys split a pair of games with Edgewood Thursday.

Manchester traveled to Warsaw to take on the Edgewood Tigers. Took an early lead but Warsaw fought back and had the lead at halftime. Third quarter ended in a tie then the Squires pulled away in the fourth to take a 36-25 victory.

The Manchesterr 8th grade fell to Edgewood 49-43

The Squires traveled to Edgewood (Warsaw) to take on the host Tigers. Squires came out strong in the first quarter and jumped out to a 8-1 lead before the Tigers got going. The guys kept pace with the Tigers for the rest of the game but we couldn’t get the stops on Defense. The boys will be back in action on Tuesday the 17th as they host the Wildcats from Whitko. Squires record is now 6-7 and 4-0 in conference.
