The Oak Hill Lady Eagles soccer team secured their 10th victory of the season tonight with a 5-0 win over Maconaquah. This is the 9th shutout for the Lady Eagles this season. Liz Godfrey had 6 saves in goal. Sweeper, Audrey Rex, helped fend off the Braves and helped to limit their shots on goal. Landri Hardman led the Eagles in scoring with 2 goals and 1 assist. Kora Pond, Jolee Hawkins, and Emi Babinski each scored a goal. Lexi Nuber had an assist. The Lady Eagles’ next match is Saturday at home vs Frankfort at 11 am.

The varsity defeated Elwood in three sets last night. Stats and scores are posted below. 1st: 25-8 2nd: 25-5 3rd: 25-9 Bella Taylor led the team with 15 digs. Brianna Dailey had three solo blocks. Bella Taylor had 5 aces and Morgan Cates was behind her with 4 aces. Amaya Thompson led the team with 14 kills. Morgan Cates had 12 kills and Brianna Dailey had 10 kills. Addison Carey finished with 33 assists. The varsity will play on Monday, Sept. 23rd, at Lapel following the jv game.

Junior varsity defeated Elwood in two sets last night. Scores and stats are listed below. 1st: 25-12 2nd: 25-17 Alexis Eakright led with 3 aces. Ryleigh Myers, Alexei Butche, Pathie Speicher and Sydney Leal each had 2 aces a piece. Laney Biegel led with 5 kills. Aubrey Miller and Aubree Barcomb each had 4 kills. Londyn Frank had 5 digs. Alexei Butche and Ryleigh Myers both had 4 digs. Katie Bock had one solo block and Londyn Frank finished with 17 assists. The junior varsity will play in a tournament at Southwood starting at 9:30a.
