The Northfield 7th grade volleyball team finished the season undefeated with a record of 15-0 by beating Manchester on Thursday evening 25-14, 25-9.
Camryn Kuhn led the team with 15 service points and 9 aces. Allie Weaver had 9 service points with 8 aces. Emma Warnock had 4 aces and JoJo Drancik added 3 kills. The Norse will host Southwood in the first round of the RRC Tournament on Thursday, October 10th at 5:30pm.
Northfield’s 8th grade volleyball team improved its record to 9-5 against Manchester on Thursday winning 25-19, 25-11. Ava Copeland led the team with 10 points, 2 aces and 5 assists. Gabby Haupert added 9 points, 2 aces, and 5 kills; Brihanna Boocher 7 points, 1 ace, and 3 assists; Eden Hoover 7 points and 1 ace; and Josie Lynn 2 points, 1 ace, and 3 kills. The team faces Southwood next Thursday at home in the first round of the RRC tournament.
