Manchester Boys Fall In Overtime

Manchester Boys Varsity, undefeated in the TRC coming in to this game, lost to undefeated TRC opponent Maconaquah 1-0 in overtime.

Both teams played hard, but neither could get the upper hand during regulation. During the first overtime period, Maconaquah scored on head ball off a corner kick with less than 2 seconds remaining. The Squires were unable to find an equalizer in the second overtime period.

The team finishes the regular season at home on Wednesday with Senior Night versus North Miami.

The Squires JV played one half against the Maconaquah JV following the Varsity game, playing to a 1-1 tie. Colton Reffitt scored the Manchester goal.
