Oak Hill hosted Norwell on Senior Night, Wednesday, January 11, 2023. Senior managers Kinzi Whitton and Breana Wischman and senior wrestlers Silas Jones, Austin Lawrence, Wyatt Strange, and Charlie West were recognized prior to the varsity match.
Both teams entertained the crowd with intense bouts throughout the entire match. Every team point was crucial because when the final bout ended Oak Hill had won a hard fought 31-30 victory, improving the team’s dual meet record to 17-0 for the season.

The Lady Eagles were firing on all cylinders Wednesday evening against Madison-Grant. The Eagles took a 16-0 lead into the half and didn’t look back. Ryleigh Myers had a big game with 13 points 9 steals and 5 rebounds. Hadleigh Bricker and Aubree Barcomb each added six points. Hadleigh added 3 assists and Aubree had 5 rebounds. Sydney Leal led all rebounders with 6 and Brianna Dailey had 5 blocks. Jetta Ashley had two points as well. The Lady Eagles will be back in action next Monday when they host the Lady Norse of Northfield at 6:15pm.
