Beckett Shaw was 2 for 2 with an RBI and Jackson Tait added a single. Beckett Shaw started for the A’s and picked up the win allowing no runs on 3 hits and striking out 5 in 4 innings. McKinley Baker doubled for the Blackhawks. Mathis Holbert, Braxton Chamberlain, and Madelynn Stahl all singled for the Blackhawks. Ethan Mahan started on the mound for the Blackhawks and allowed 4 runs while striking out 6 in 4 and 2/3 innings. The A’s are now 5-2 while the Blackhawks are 1-7 on the season.
