Recap: The Kendall Electric Yankees defeated the Wabash Hardware Giants 3-2 in 6 innings in game 1 Monday night. Asa Dawes and Harrison Dale both hit RBI doubles to lead the Yankees at the plate. Owen Davis doubled and scored the winning run. Zach Miller, Harrison Sorg, and Tytus Dawes all singled for the Yankees. Harrison Dale started and struck out 9 in 5 innings. Quinton Siders had an RBI double to lead the Giants. Jake Sailors singled and added an RBI. Jake Sailors started for the Giants and struck out 11 in 4 and 1/3 innings. The Yankees will play Friday against the winner of the Giants and A’s on Wednesday night.

Game 2: Intrasect Technologies Blackhawks @ Inguard A’s

Recap: The Inguard A’s defeated the Intrasect Technologies Blackhawks 10-1 in 5 innings in game 2 Monday night. Blake Ashba went 3 for 3 with 2 doubles and 3 RBI to lead the A’s. Zander McKnight had an RBI single and Jackson Tait doubled for the A’s. Zayne Huffman, Dylan Powell, and Ryker McKillip all singled for the A’s. Ryker McKillip started and picked up the win striking out 3 in 5 innings. Madelynn Stahl doubled to lead the Blackhawks. Mathis Holbert, McKinley Baker, Chase Miller, Braxton Chamberlain, and Jayden Culver all singled for the Blackhawks. The A’s will take on the Giants Wednesday night while the Blackhawks have been eliminated from the tournament.
