Lady Norse Fall To Blackhawk
The Northfield Lady Norse Varsity Volleyball team hosted Blackhawk Christian Tuesday night. The Norse fell short 25-17, 25-17, 25-16.
Leading the Norse Elli Baker 7 points, 3 aces, 4 kills. Josie Lynn 8 kills, 2 blocks, Eden Hoover 5 kills, 7 digs, 30 receptions. Gabby Haupert 3 kills, 1 blocks, 12 digs. Camryn Kuhn 2 kills, 5 digs, 7 assists. Emma Warnock 3 points, 7 assists. Josie Wwaver 7 receptions. Brinlei Swihart 3 points, 4 assists. The Norse are now 11-3 and travel to Norwell Wednesday evening with Freshman stat time 5PM.
The Junior Varsity Volleyball team defeated Blackhawk Christian 25-13, 25-18. Leading the Norse in scoring was Emma Shrock with 10 points, 3 aces, Callie Hoffman 7 points, 3 aces, MiKayla Meyer 5 points, 2 aces, and Vivian Haupert and Saige Martin with 4 points and 1 ace each. Callie Hoffman, Saige Martin and Mikayla Meyer each had 3 kills.
