Lady Apaches Soccer Ties Blackford

The Wabash Lady Apaches soccer team tied Blackford Thursday with a score of 0-0

Junior goalkeeper Olivia Braun came up big for the Apaches with 4 saves in the first and 13 in the second. Strong Wabash defense by junior Graci Napier, senior Kiana Jones, sophomore Jaycee Jones and junior Macy VonUhl. Junior Emma Weaver provided fantastic minutes for Wabash in the midfield, along with juniors Sammie Walter and Kait Honeycutt. Offensive shots on goal tonight came from Napier, Honeycutt, K. Jones, junior Abbie Hipskind, senior Natalie Adams and sophomore Logan Wright.

The Apaches are now 4-1-4 on the season. They return to conference play next Tuesday at Peru at 5:30pm.
