The Northfield junior high girls took two games from Maconaquah Tuesday.

All 8 girls were in the scoring column on Tuesday night as the Lady Norse rolled past the Lady Braves 49-7. The Lady Norse played great team ball and all around great defense holding the Braves to 7 total points. The Norse were led by Gemma Haupert with 11 points 2 rebounds, 4 steals. Bella Schultz came off the bench on fire with a career high 10 points, 4 rebounds, 1 steal. Miranda Meyer played an aggressive game and poured in 9 points, 2 rebounds. Vivian Rife poured in 5 points, including a three pointer and 1 rebound. The trio of Tenley Kuhn, Kassidy Cartwright, and Avery Custer all chipped in 4 points with Tenley adding 4 rebounds and Kassidy with a steal. Sheila Smith rounded out the scoring by celebrating her birthday with a win and a nice layup on the day with also 2 steals. The Norse are back in action Wednesday, as they head up north to play Whitko.

Lady Norse 8th grade had a really nice team win last night against Maconaquah 44-2. Every player for the Lady Norse scored with some outstanding shooting from the perimeter. Their record now stands at 12-3 and will play their last regular season game Wednesday night at Whitko. Individual stats:
