The Northfield baseball team led 1-0 after four innings before giving up three runs in the sixth in a 3-1 loss to Marion Tuesday.
The first run of the game didn’t come until the fourth when Nate Drancik led off drawing a walk. Braden Ripplinger would follow with a single that sent Drancik to third before Drancik scored on a passed ball.
Marion would score three times in the sixth off two single and a home run for a 3-1 lead which would be the final score.
