Apaches Light Up The Turf
The Wabash Apaches burned up the turf in the first half in route to a 48-7 win over North Miami Friday.
With 7:10 left in the first quarter Isaak Wright would score from 3yds out for a 7-0 lead. Just minutes later Wright found the end zone again from 9yds away. With 26.9 left in the quarter Wright found Antonio Grant from 36yds out to lead 21-0 after one.
With 9:39 left in the second Colton learned raced 58yds to paydirt before Wright and Grant hooked up again for a 35-0 lead. With 6:05 remaining Brayden Sickafus would score from 8yds out, then follow with a 75yd interception for a touchdown. Wabash led 48-0 at the half.
North Miami would get their lone score with 1:09 left in the game
