Manchester’s Elizabeth Lohman Named HCAC Female Track Athlete of the Week

CARMEL, Ind. – Manchester University distance runner Elizabeth Lohman has been tabbed as the Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference Female Track Athlete of the Week, the league office announced on Monday April 18.

Lohman (Fort Wayne, Ind./Carroll) led the women’s track & field team with an event win in the 3000m steeplechase at the Indiana D3 Championships hosted at DePauw on Saturday April 16. Lohman led the field with a time of 11:12.77, crushing her previous mark in the event. Lohman’s time remained as the 2nd fastest mark in Manchester University history, leads the HCAC by over a minute, and currently stands as the 13th fastest time nationally
